TÜBİAD develops joint projects with the business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and other public institutions, supports institutions' projects and provides coordination so that results turn into lasting benefit.

How we work

TÜBİAD contributes to projects in three ways

In every project, TÜBİAD's responsibilities are defined in writing at the outset, together with those of the project owner and the partners.

Programme governance

Every programme is run within TÜBİAD's decision-making and reporting framework

Programmes are run under the coordination of the relevant directorate, in line with priorities set by decisions of the Board of Directors. In every project, roles, resources and acceptance criteria are defined in writing.

  • Need and baseline. The target group's need is researched; baseline data, expected benefits and scope are defined in a single file.
  • Allocation of roles and resources. The responsibilities of TÜBİAD, the project lead and the partners are defined together with their expert, technical and financial contributions.
  • Delivery and evaluation. Each work package has a defined deliverable and acceptance criterion. Progress, changes and user feedback are evaluated regularly.
  • Benefit and continuity. The use and results of outputs are compared with the baseline, and plans are made for maintenance, operation and resources for the next period.
  1. Decision and approval Board of Directors

    Approves programme priorities, project decisions and the budget; reviews the portfolio quarterly.

  2. Design and resources Project Development and Funding Programmes Directorate

    Carries out the preliminary assessment of proposals; manages the project file, the resource plan and support calls.

  3. Programme coordination Relevant directorate

    Responsible for delivering the programme in its field, communicating with partner institutions and achieving results.

  4. Implementation Project teams

    Carry out the work packages; complete and report on deliverables in line with acceptance criteria.
