Programmes that bring institutions together around a shared agenda

TÜBİAD brings the business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and public institutions together through workshops and seminars. Workshops produce solutions to a shared question; seminars strengthen the project development and cooperation capacity of institutions.

Workshop model

From preparation to 30-day follow-up

A single decision or solution question is set for each workshop. In the sessions, the problem, existing capacity, solution options and the steps to be taken are addressed separately.

    Participants are selected according to the contribution they can make to this question.

  3. Briefing file

    Shared with participants before the meeting.

  4. Sessions

    The problem, existing capacity, solution options and the steps to be taken are addressed separately.

  5. Outcome document

    A work list setting out responsible parties, dates and outputs is drawn up.

  6. 30-day follow-up

    Implementation of the decisions is monitored and a follow-up report is prepared.

Standard outcome package

At the end of each workshop, an outcome package containing the following information is prepared.

  • Outcome statement
  • Priority needs
  • Agreed actions
  • Responsible institutions and individuals
  • Delivery dates
  • Resource requirements

Allocation of roles

The unit responsible for each stage of the workshop is determined in advance.

Seminars

Programmes that strengthen the project and cooperation capacity of institutions

Seminar topics are drawn from the directorates' areas of work and updated according to the needs of institutions.

  • The topic, target participants and speakers are announced in advance.
  • Content is prepared by the relevant directorate; organisation is handled by the Corporate Communications and Events Directorate.
  • Seminars may be organised jointly with the business community, associations, foundations, universities and public institutions.
  • Presentations and resources are shared with participants; needs identified during seminars are carried forward into new project ideas.
