Working model
The scope of cooperation, the authority to represent and resource contributions are set out in writing for each project. Partner institutions retain their own identity and decision-making structures.
It manages the shared agenda, institutional relations, project monitoring and resource planning together, and supports partner institutions in their projects.
The business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries, public institutions and affiliated platforms retain their own structures and decision-making processes, and come together with TÜBİAD in joint projects.
The lead team designated for each project is responsible for the timeline and the outputs.
Each stage has a defined owner, output and condition for moving on to the next stage.

Chairman of the Board
Cem R. DURAN, Chairman of the Board of TÜBİAD, is responsible for setting TÜBİAD's institutional direction, developing relations between institutions and coordinating shared areas of work. The work of the chairmanship is carried out together with the Board of Directors and the relevant working units.
