To establish lasting cooperation between Türkiye and institutions in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, based on joint research, education, technology and project development work.

Overview

The need addressed

For international contacts to produce concrete results, the shared need, representation responsibilities, communication arrangements and mutual contributions must be clearly defined.

TÜBİAD's role

Coordinates regional institutional meetings and the shared agenda; supports partners in matching expertise, designing projects and monitoring implementation.

Work plan

Three work packages

Each project within the programme is designed around the following work packages; the people responsible for each work package and its delivery dates are set out in the project file.

  1. Work package 1

    Regional needs and competences

    The priorities, contributions and joint project expectations of institutions in the regions of work are examined; liaison and communication arrangements are established.

  2. Work package 2

    Joint programme design

    A topic is selected for research, education, technology, expert exchange or a workshop. Partners' work packages and resource contributions are defined.

  3. Work package 3

    Joint implementation

    Progress is monitored through a joint project timetable, multilingual working documents, sharing of results and periodic evaluation meetings.

Indicators

What do we monitor?

  • Joint work agendas put into practice

Numerical targets for the indicators are set together with the scope and baseline measurement of each project.

Continuity and sustainability

The use of joint outputs and the needs of the next period are evaluated together; institutional contacts and task records are kept up to date.

Programme management

Who is responsible for what?

The programme is run within TÜBİAD's decision-making and reporting framework. Roles and resources are defined in writing for each project.

Decision and approval Board of Directors

Approves project decisions and the budget; reviews the programme as part of portfolio reviews.

Programme coordination International Relations and Cooperation Directorate

To develop project-based relationships built on mutual benefit with institutions abroad.

Design and resources Project Development and Funding Programmes Directorate

Manages the project file, the resource plan and support calls together with the programme's coordinating directorate.

Monitoring and reporting General Secretariat

Tracks the timetable, decision records and periodic reports, and presents progress to the Board of Directors.

How can you contribute to this programme?

The business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and public institutions can take part in the programme with their own expertise and capacity. Contributions can be defined as expert time, technical capacity, field access, a venue or financial support.
