Institutional Capacity and Cooperation Development Programme
To develop sustainable project partnerships by bringing institutions' needs, expertise and potential contributions together on a shared working agenda.
Overview
The need addressed
Institutions working on similar issues need to understand each other's capabilities, identify complementary contributions and move discussions forward through concrete tasks.
TÜBİAD's role
Coordinates needs discussions and matching between institutions; establishes the scope of joint work, institutional contributions and follow-up arrangements.

Work plan
Three work packages
Each project within the programme is designed around the following work packages; the people responsible for each work package and its delivery dates are set out in the project file.

Work package 1
Institutional assessment
Field of activity, expertise, beneficiary group, existing resources and development needs are examined using a common method.

Work package 2
Cooperation design
Shared priorities and complementary competences are identified; topic-focused discussions are held with institutions able to contribute.

Work package 3
Joint work and follow-up
For the selected topic, responsible parties, deliverables and an evaluation timetable are set; the work is then taken forward into the project development process.

Indicators
What do we monitor?
- Shared needs turned into project files
- Delivery of agreed contributions
- Continuity of joint work and feedback from institutions
Numerical targets for the indicators are set together with the scope and baseline measurement of each project.
Continuity and sustainability
Institutional profiles and needs are updated periodically. The results of joint work feed into new matching and project decisions.
Programme management
Who is responsible for what?
The programme is run within TÜBİAD's decision-making and reporting framework. Roles and resources are defined in writing for each project.
Approves project decisions and the budget; reviews the programme as part of portfolio reviews.
To manage TÜBİAD's roles, membership, institutional participation and internal working procedures.
Manages the project file, the resource plan and support calls together with the programme's coordinating directorate.
Tracks the timetable, decision records and periodic reports, and presents progress to the Board of Directors.

How can you contribute to this programme?
The business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and public institutions can take part in the programme with their own expertise and capacity. Contributions can be defined as expert time, technical capacity, field access, a venue or financial support.
