Free Software and Digital Services Programme for SMEs

To develop a service model that offers SMEs free software, guidance on use and continuous support so that they can organise their day-to-day operations.

Overview

The need addressed

Beyond access to software, choosing the right tools, initial set-up, data organisation and day-to-day support also determine whether businesses benefit from digital services.

TÜBİAD's role

Connects business needs with software and support teams; coordinates the scope of services, user guidance and development priorities.

Who it is for
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and their employees

Work plan

Three work packages

Each project within the programme is designed around the following work packages; the people responsible for each work package and its delivery dates are set out in the project file.

  1. Work package 1

    Service design

The scope of services and the user journey are defined for needs in customer relations, quotations, job tracking, inventory, document management and reporting.

  2. Work package 2

    Adoption

Account set-up, data preparation, sample workflows and short training sessions help businesses make the tools part of their daily work.

  3. Work package 3

    Support and development

Support requests and user feedback are evaluated; accessibility, features and guides are improved regularly.
