Overview

The need addressed

Scattered records, repetitive tasks and disconnected tools consume businesses' time and resources. Transformation needs to follow an order of priorities specific to each business.

TÜBİAD's role

Coordinates free needs assessments and transformation guidance; connects businesses with suitable technical expertise and implementation support.

Work plan

Three work packages

Each project within the programme is designed around the following work packages; the people responsible for each work package and its delivery dates are set out in the project file.

  1. Work package 1

    Current situation and priorities

    Workflows, data quality, tools in use and skills needs are examined. Benefit, cost and ease of implementation are assessed together.

  2. Work package 2

    Limited-scope pilot

    An automation, data transfer or reporting solution is implemented in a priority business process, and employees receive support in using it.

  3. Work package 3

    Impact and scale-up

    The situation before and after implementation is compared. The transformation plan, maintenance responsibility and next steps are determined according to the benefits achieved.

Indicators

What do we monitor?

  • Change in processing time and repetitive work
  • Improvement in error rates and data quality
  • Employee use of the solution and process continuity

Numerical targets for the indicators are set together with the scope and baseline measurement of each project.

Continuity and sustainability

A process owner is appointed within the business; guides, support needs and a regular improvement agenda are maintained after implementation.

Programme management

Who is responsible for what?

The programme is run within TÜBİAD's decision-making and reporting framework. Roles and resources are defined in writing for each project.

Decision and approval Board of Directors

Approves project decisions and the budget; reviews the programme as part of portfolio reviews.

Programme coordination Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Directorate

To support the digital transformation of businesses and to develop artificial intelligence capacity operated in Türkiye.

Design and resources Project Development and Funding Programmes Directorate

Manages the project file, the resource plan and support calls together with the programme's coordinating directorate.

Monitoring and reporting General Secretariat

Tracks the timetable, decision records and periodic reports, and presents progress to the Board of Directors.

How can you contribute to this programme?

The business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and public institutions can take part in the programme with their own expertise and capacity. Contributions can be defined as expert time, technical capacity, field access, a venue or financial support.
