International Market Access and Business Development Programme
To strengthen local businesses' capacity to enter international markets by developing market knowledge, institutional capacity and opportunities to meet suitable business partners.

Entering international markets requires the right choice of market, adaptation of products and services, professional presentation, delivery capacity and consistent follow-up after meetings.

Coordinates business assessment, market research and institutional meetings; supports the market entry process together with relevant subject-matter experts.

Work plan
Three work packages
Each project within the programme is designed around the following work packages; the people responsible for each work package and its delivery dates are set out in the project file.

Work package 1
Business capacity
Product and service capacity, quality certification, delivery capability, digital visibility and the need for foreign-language presentation materials are assessed.

Work package 2
Market and partner selection
Demand, competition, sales channels and market entry requirements are researched. Suitable institutions and potential business partners are identified.

Work package 3
Meetings and commercial follow-up
Meeting files are prepared; product presentations, quotations, feedback and next steps are followed up together with the business's responsible staff.

Indicators

- Completion of capacity requirements

Numerical targets for the indicators are set together with the scope and baseline measurement of each project.
Continuity and sustainability
Market feedback is fed into the business's decisions on product, presentation and capacity development; responsibility for follow-up is assigned within the business.
Programme management
Who is responsible for what?
The programme is run within TÜBİAD's decision-making and reporting framework. Roles and resources are defined in writing for each project.
Approves project decisions and the budget; reviews the programme as part of portfolio reviews.
To strengthen the competitiveness of businesses and support their access to international markets.
Manages the project file, the resource plan and support calls together with the programme's coordinating directorate.
Tracks the timetable, decision records and periodic reports, and presents progress to the Board of Directors.
