Leadership and governance

TÜBİAD's governing bodies are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board. The directorates, the General Secretariat and project teams make up its working structure.

Chairman of the Board

Cem R. DURAN, Chairman of the Board of TÜBİAD, is responsible for setting TÜBİAD's institutional direction, developing relations between institutions and coordinating shared areas of work. The work of the chairmanship is carried out together with the Board of Directors and the relevant working units.

Organisational structure

Governing bodies and working units

Roles are defined in accordance with the statutes and the decisions of the competent bodies. Each unit is responsible for the plans and results of its own area.

General AssemblyThe highest decision-making body.
Board of DirectorsStrategy, allocation of responsibilities, and project and budget decisions.
Supervisory BoardFinancial and administrative oversight.
General SecretariatScheduling, decision records, document flow and day-to-day coordination.
Financial and Administrative AffairsBudget, financial records and administrative processes.
Advisory and expert groupsOpinions, reviews and subject-matter expertise.
Directorates
Project teamsImplementation and delivery of project work packages.
Joint project stakeholdersThe business community, associations, foundations, public institutions and affiliated platforms take part in joint projects while retaining their own independent structures.
Each directorate works under the coordination of the Vice Chairman of the Board responsible for its field and reports to the Chairman of the Board.

Meeting and reporting arrangements

Decisions, the use of resources and the progress of work are reviewed and recorded at regular intervals.

    Ongoing work and upcoming deliverables are reviewed under the coordination of the General Secretariat.

    Each directorate presents its activity and needs report.

    Project decisions, use of resources, cooperation and risks are considered together.

    Portfolio review

    The project portfolio is reviewed, and decisions are taken on new projects and changes in scope.

    Activity report

    The year's work and results, and the priorities for the following year, are shared with the public.
