TÜBİAD's project portfolio has been published on the Projects page in the form of nine programmes, each developing projects that address similar needs. In the portfolio, a programme is the working framework within which several projects can be developed, while a project is an implementation with a defined target group, lead, resources, timeline and acceptance criteria.
Areas of work and programmes
- Institutional capacity and joint delivery: Institutional Capacity and Cooperation Development (P01), Joint Project Development and Resource Planning (P08), Applied Research and Workshops (P09)
- Digital technology and education: Free Software and Digital Services for SMEs (P02), Digital Transformation and Productivity (P03), Digital Education and Learning Technologies (P06), Türkiye-Based Artificial Intelligence and Data Infrastructure (P07)
- International cooperation and trade: International Institutional Cooperation (P04), International Market Access and Business Development (P05)
Each programme page sets out the need addressed, TÜBİAD's role, three work packages, deliverables, indicators, the approach to continuity and the contributions institutions can make. The relevant directorates are responsible for implementing the programmes in their fields; project decisions and budgets are put into implementation with the approval of the Board of Directors, and the portfolio is reviewed quarterly.
