TÜBİAD has begun sharing its assessments of the topics addressed by its project programmes through the Articles and Research series. Publications in the series are prepared by the directorate responsible for the topic and linked to the relevant project programmes. The series covers programme topics such as inter-institutional cooperation, digital transformation, AI infrastructure, educational technology and international market access.
Two types of publication
- Articles: assessments that examine the questions institutions face at the decision stage from the perspective of approach, method and principles of implementation
- Research: working notes that set out evaluation frameworks, needs analysis approaches, criteria and indicators for use in new projects
Each publication is presented with a summary, key concepts and key findings, so that readers can see the scope of the text at a glance. Research notes also state the question the study addresses, its scope, method and output, together with a summary of study details. The notes set out frameworks that institutions can use in their own assessments and in project design within TÜBİAD programmes. The first publication in the series is a research note by the Education and Academic Cooperation Directorate on criteria for selecting and evaluating digital learning tools.
