TÜBİAD's work is carried out by eight directorates, each responsible for a specific area. The directorates are responsible for coordinating the project programmes, communicating with the relevant institutions and reporting on the results of their work.
Directorates and their areas of responsibility
- Corporate Governance and Organisation (A01): role descriptions, institutional participation and decision follow-up
- International Relations and Cooperation (A02): project-based relations with institutions in the four regions
- Project Development and Funding Programmes (A03): project files, resource matching and support calls
- Research and Strategy (A04): preliminary research, needs analysis, and baseline and outcome measurements
- Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (A05): digital transformation in businesses and artificial intelligence capacity operated in Türkiye
- Education and Academic Cooperation (A06): digital education content and academic contributions
- Business Community and International Trade (A07): the competitiveness of businesses and their access to international markets
- Corporate Communications and Events (A08): corporate communications and the organisation of workshops and seminars
Ongoing work and upcoming deliverables are reviewed weekly under the coordination of the General Secretariat, and each directorate presents a monthly activity and needs report. Project decisions, the use of resources and cooperation are considered monthly by the Board of Directors, and the project portfolio is reviewed quarterly.
