In addition to developing joint projects, TÜBİAD also supports projects run by the business community, associations, foundations, universities, ministries and other public institutions themselves. In this way of working, the institution itself is the owner and lead of the project; TÜBİAD is responsible for the support tasks defined jointly during the application process.
Areas of support
- Project development and funding programmes: turning a project idea into a project with a defined scope, timeline, budget and work packages, and identifying suitable support programmes
- Research and needs analysis: examining the needs of the target group and defining baseline and outcome measurements
- Institutional relations: project-based meetings and cooperation frameworks with institutions in Türkiye and abroad
- Workshops and seminars: workshops focused on shared questions, and informative seminars
- Monitoring and continuity: tracking work packages and acceptance criteria, and planning post-project operation and maintenance
- Knowledge sharing and dissemination: carrying implementation experience into guides, seminars and new projects
Applications are assessed in four steps. The institution submits its need and the contribution it can offer using the application form; the relevant directorate reviews the proposal and holds an initial meeting; the scope of support, work packages and resources are defined together; and the project file is put into implementation by decision of the Board of Directors.
